The Mysteries is an immersive, audio-visual experience created bespoke for Norwich Arts Centre by musician Roger Eno and artist Dominic Allan. An atmospheric and intimate portrait of the human condition explored through the experience of mature women.
Beginning with an idea to employ answer phone messages, movement and narrative, in ‘The Mysteries’, Dominic and Roger eventually decided to utilise the power of stasis. Entering the room, a handful of people at a time, viewers have 15 minutes to write their own internal script, to interpret for themselves what they see and finally to draw their own conclusions.
