Eat Your Own Head

“Prove once again to be one of the most exciting new bands in the music scene” – Distorted Sound
“Ferocious and desolate….technicality, huge riffs, and vocal delicacies” – Louder than War
“The best rock album of the year” – Everything is Noise
Eat Your Own Head are one of the bands spearheading a new wave of UK rock music. Known for their unpredictable twists and turns, the band veer from floor stomping riffs to tender moments of dark tranquillity.
Eat Your Own Head’s latest offering, ‘The Trawler’ is an exploration into the emotional baggage, vices, and restlessness that accumulate over adult life. Catapulting from the sludgy riffs of Chest Pains to the epic simplicity of ‘Downriver’, ‘The Trawler’ broadens the diverse styles acclaimed in the band’s debut album ‘Neck-Deep in The Blyth’. Drummer, Ben Mollett, describes The Trawler as ‘a snapshot of where we are in 2024. We wrote these songs in a far shorter period than the album. We wanted to create songs that felt relevant to us right now. The formation of this EP over half a year helped us keep that special momentum’.
