The Cuppie Hut was established by best friends Mel & Kim back in 2015, both keen bakers, after selling their cakes at fetes & festivals they converted a horse box trailer & traded on Tombland. Moving to a single stall on Norwich Market in November 2018.
Managing to thrive through lockdown by reinventing their business to Nationwide delivery they moved to a double stall with kitchen in September 2020 with the immediate realisation that more kitchen space was needed they moved into their new premises a shop at 9, St Giles Street in February 2022 with much more space to create, whilst simultaneously running their Market stall. This has proved to be a fantastic move to the welcoming Norwich Lanes!
