Both Norwich ‘natives’, Ben and Matthew have almost 50 years of experience in the hospitality industry between them, ranging from management of high-profile venues and country estates; ambassador roles both in the UK and internationally; wholesale positions; and training for Michelin-starred restaurants, bar groups and the WSET, so they know a thing or two about wine.
